At one of our customer location ns5 is not responding to ping while dive at Ethernet is responding properly , while you reboot the device you get ping for some time then again the same , anyone with solution , by the way i upgraded the firmware.

Please, post your cfg file (donwload from System Tab) and firmware revision.

Upgrading the firmware done the trick.
