While troubleshooting the issue I've seen with my PicoStation, I've noted that many other users are seeing the same general issue, where the PicoStation will power on without a LAN/WAN light if hard rebooted by unplugging and plugging back in the power cable in a short interval (generally under 1 minute or if the unit is hot).
