With Dual WAN'S

would like input anyone can give me...

is there a better router O/S?
will a Big Class B be noticeably slower then Class C?
dose UBNT make a router that will do this?

How many customers do you plan on routing through these devices? Are you planning on aggregating all of your traffic through one router? How much bandwidth are you planning on using to your clients and to the internet?

i have built a PFsense router with 1.6ghz AMD sempron 1GB of RAM
and a 8GB SDHC card for a hard drive on a class B

hope to put 300 Customers on it with 3mbps for each customer

That should be able to handle the traffic of 300 subscribers. You just need to make sure that you do not over utilize the ports or the processor.
