Ubiquiti PowerStation 2 Ethernets POE Pass Through?

why dose the Ubiquiti PowerStation 2 have 2 Ethernet's ? is it for POE Pas Through for hooking up a NS2 on a tower?

if it is i would rely like to know I'm looking for a AP that i can POE pass through a SM for Relays

No, PoE power is not passed on to the second port, on the two data pairs is.
